Performance Services: Predictive Maintenance for smooth operations
We always keep an eye on your solar power plant and rely on an in-house SCADA control room for our close monitoring. Here, plant data from all over the world is being processed. With the help of archived solar data and an anonymous big data analysis, we can compare the operation of PV systems and advise customers accordingly. We link data from maintenance work and component service and can therefore carry out a foresighted O&M analysis. Selected component groups are monitored, and countermeasures initiated even before a possible loss of yield occurs. In addition, we use weather and solar radiation data for a reliable forecast of future yields.

From system monitoring and control to preventive maintenance: Our O&M team can take over the entire technical operation of a PV power plant or battery storage system. We plan maintenance activities with the help of an IT-supported asset management system that takes all energy and availability influences into account. Inspection & Maintenance: Short response times thanks to our large, local service team
In addition to monitoring and analysing plant performance, on-site inspections are very important. One of the main tasks of our teams on site: Regular technical system checks in accordance with the standards and regulations as well as immediate action in the event of a failure. It usually only takes a few hours between a fault report and on-site troubleshooting, because specialists from our large O&M team also work in your area. This is how we ensure short response and downtimes. We carry out maintenance and inspections in the low and medium as well as in the high voltage range. For our customers, we also coordinate tending of the greens, cleaning of PV modules and correspondence with network operators, nature conservation and building authorities.
