SCADA Engineer

Are you ready to be involved in high voltage operations that keep the Spanish renewable energy infrastructure running smoothly?  We are seeking an experienced SCADA Engineer to bring their expertise to the design of SCADA systems for our PV and BESS projects. 

• Technical Coordination of SCADA Systems for PV and BESS Projects with the Respective Project Stakeholders. 
• Design of SCADA Systems under the use of prequalified SCADA Suppliers Components in line with Employers Requirements and local Requirements / Standards.
• Support Tendering and selection of SCADA Suppliers in the Sales Phase including techno-commercial evaluation.
• Defending the Design against Employers Consultants.
• Ability to resolve complex problems on site (Hands on). 
• Monitoring project progress from design to implementation.
• Ensuring that projects are completed within the established deadlines, while meeting cost and quality standards.
• Collaborating with other company divisions, such as procurement and sales and especially the Engineering Team in the German Headquarters to ensure that all aspects of the project are covered.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of SCADA – preferably PV SCADA.
• Excellent skills in using MS Office products.
• Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication skills to work within and across international and intercultural project teams.
• Availability to travel worldwide (up to 30%).
