... Ensuring compliance with project company goals and guidelines, particularly HSE and quality minimum requirements

• Conducting and documenting weekly meetings with subcontractors
• Monitoring construction progress against agreed milestones
• Serving as the interface between the construction site, engineering, logistics, and project management
• Performing and documenting quality checks
• Monitoring HSE guidelines
• Coordinating and resolving errors, adjustments, or changes in engineering for implementation on the construction site
• Supporting the project manager in project preparation

• Completed vocational training or university degree in electrical engineering or construction
• Several years of construction site experience and knowledge of occupational safety
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience with subcontractors
• Very good English skills
• Your skills: Team player with intercultural competence, assertiveness, and a good technical understanding
• Willingness to travel up to 70%
• Class B driver's license
