Another important cog in our operations & maintenance machinery is the commercial team. Nicole, Lena and Nadine (from left) take care of all commercial matters concerning O&M in Kolitzheim. At our office in Luckenwalde, our colleague Petra is responsible. The team books and checks invoices, creates key performance indicators and takes over calculations for new photovoltaic systems, to name just a few tasks. Although Nadine has only been with the company for about a year, she has already taken on the role of team leader. Nicole, who has been part of #teambelectric for almost 10 years, appreciates one thing in particular about her job: "We are in touch with many other departments here, which gives us an exciting overview."
