Project Manager Solar & Battery (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsible for full lifecycle turn-key EPC Solar, Battery & Agri PV projects ensuring they are delivered on time, in budget and of high quality
- Site visits to undertake construction feasibility assessments, monitor construction progress, reviewing works against quality and contractual requirements in order to identify any deviations from SoW
- Coordination of all Site Acceptance, Commissioning and Performance Tests
- Represent BELECTRIC with key stakeholders, including Clients, ICP’s, DNO’s, Subcontractors, Landowner’s, OEM’s, Technical Advisors etc
- Management of key project resources including the engineering team, on site quality managers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure the highest HSQE standards are always maintained
- Support the preparation of project tender information and prepare subcontractor or suppliers’ specifications and scope of works for contracting
- Prepare progress reports and take ownership of project budget reporting
- Identify and escalate any risks to budget, program or quality to Head of Project Management (m/f/d)
- Develop best in class strategies, processes and teams to deliver Floating Agri PV and Battery projects
Your profile
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering e.g. Civil Engineering or industrial engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar project or construction management
- Advanced knowledge and application of Project Management Methods and Processes
- Experience in the field of Renewable & Traditional EPC projects
- Good knowledge of finance and ability to act with limited supervision in the processing of finance related information and good contract management
- Your IT skills: excellent skills in usage of MS Office products, especially MS Project
- Very Good English skills written and spoken are required, good level of German is a plus
- Your Skills: Self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented, good presentation and influencing skills with the ability to self perform the work and drive change processes independently
- Willingness to travel up to 25 %
