Constructive criticism and honest feedback are important at BELECTRIC \u2013 this is the only way we can continue to work on ourselves and constantly improve. We are aware of our responsibility towards customers, business partners, and employees. Respectful interaction and an appropriate feedback culture are therefore a high priority in our Code of Conduct, one element of complete BELECTRIC compliance. At #teambelectric, we report when we notice something is off. This is the only way we can build a trusting relationship in our corporate and social activities.<\/p>\n
