Following the completion of construction works around a month ago, Monday we were able to officially celebrate the commissioning of our solar park Herleshof not far from our headquarters in Kolitzheim. The BELECTRIC colleagues involved, all our partners as well as representatives of press and of municipality of Kolitzheim gathered on site for this celebration to toast the completion of the project. And it was time to say thank you. In their speeches, CEO Dr. Thorsten Blanke and project manager Simon addressed everyone who had been involved in this project. The afternoon was rounded off with food and drinks – a pleasant, convivial end to an intensive project phase.
Our solar park has an installed capacity of 96.7 megawatt peak (MWp) and extends over three project areas, which together are 1.6 times the size of Munich’s Theresienwiese. The more than 165,000 installed modules now produce approximately 105 gigawatt hours (GWh) of green electricity per year. 💪🌱
