At the end of 2023, we commissioned a 48-megawatt solar farm near Deubach in the Main-Tauber district of Baden-Württemberg (Germany). Not far from the solar plant is a children’s playground that lacked play equipment. Until recently, the children in and around Deubach who regularly visit the play area, had neither a slide nor a seesaw.
We wanted to change that. That’s why we supported the plans of residents to revitalise the playground and the area and enabled the purchase of a slide. On September 3rd, the new play equipment was officially inaugurated together with Dr. Lukas Braun (mayor of Lauda-Königshofen) and lots of children.
We hope that many children and families will enjoy the new slide from now on! Perhaps it will also remind some of them of our large-scale photovoltaic project, with which we have also invested in the region around Deubach. ☀️💪
