- Ivana Rendlova joins the BELECTRIC Management Board as a Non-Executive Officer
- Promoting the exchange of expertise between BELECTRIC and CEZ
Kolitzheim (Deutschland) – BELECTRIC, member of the Elevion Group, appoints Ivana Rendlova to the Management Board as Non-Executive Officer. She succeeds Stanislav Průcha in this role and will, among other things, promote the exchange of expertise between BELECTRIC and CEZ.
Ivana Rendlova will join the Management Board of BELECTRIC as a Non-Executive Officer. In this role, she succeeds the previous Non-Executive Officer Stanislav Průcha who left CEZ, the shareholder of BELECTRIC's parent company Elevion Group, and consequently BELECTRIC at the beginning of November.
Ivana Rendlova studied business administration in Usti nad Labem in the Czech Republic. After 15 years at a leading manufacturer for foundry chemicals, she joined CEZ in 2021. Since this year, she has been focussing on renewable energies. One of her main tasks is to promote the exchange of expertise between BELECTRIC and CEZ.
