Category Manager (m/f/d)

Are you a Procurement specialist looking for your next move? Belectric UK are looking for an experienced and pro-active Category Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities across our solar PV and batter storage projects. This is a dynamic role focussed on delivering cost efficiencies, driving supplier performance and ensuring compliance across global operations.  

• Developing and implementing category strategies to deliver best value
• Leading procurement processes from initiation to contract award
• Collaborating with global teams and cross-functional departments
• Managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations and risk mitigation
• Monitoring procurement performance, project timelines and compliance

• Educated to degree level in procurement, projects, engineering or relevant field
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of purchasing materials and services
• Must-Have: Experience of running end to end procurement projects using various routes to market
• Nice-To-Have: Experience in solar PV and/or battery storage projects would be advantageous
• Your skills: String communication, presentation and relationship management
