- Supporting and advising HR managers in the foreign subsidiaries
- Supporting recruitment at an international level, taking into account the cultural and legal requirements of the various countries
- Coordination of global recruiting tasks
- Checking and ensuring compliance with local legislation in relation to cross-border employee assignments
- Optimizing and standardizing HR processes and tools to increase efficiency and improve collaboration between international teams
- Supporting international employee assignments and mobility, including organizational and administrative tasks
- Preparation of monthly HR reports and statistics
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of HR or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- Experience in an international corporate environment
- IT skills: Initial experience with HR management systems
- Must have: Very good knowledge of German and English
- Your skills: Communicative team player (m/f/d) with the ability to act independently, work autonomously and be goal-, result- and quality-oriented. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills as well as good presentation skills
- Willingness to travel 10%
