Project Manager Projektentwicklung Batteriespeicher (BESS) – Solar (m/f/d)

From acquiring space for BESS projects to analysing projects and creating risk assessments - you always keep track of projects and people. You manage approval processes and work closely with business partners and internal departments in a team-oriented manner. Then we should definitely get to know each other!

• Development and planning of large storage facilities from securing land to construction readiness
• Analysing and evaluating projects with regard to approval processes, land securing, structural suitability and electricity grid connection, among other things
• Project presentation at public meetings and official events
• Coordination and implementation of authorisation procedures and negotiations with authorities and municipalities
• Interdisciplinary dialogue and coordination with specialist departments regarding planning, design and profitability calculations
• Preparation of project documentation, risk assessments and decision papers
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments, project developers, business partners, law firms and external consultants

• Completed studies in the field of renewable energies, landscape or environmental planning, construction or property management or industrial engineering
• Passion for renewable energies and professional experience in the development of renewable energy projects
• Experience in negotiating and concluding utilisation and licensing agreements
• Must have: Several years of professional experience in project development/project management in the field of renewable energies
• Must have: Experience in securing areas and routes, with land use planning and approval procedures or in general building law
• Nice to have: Experience in the field of photovoltaic or wind turbine construction or BESS projects
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Your skills: Communicative team player (m/f/d) with a strategic mindset, negotiating skills and a conceptual and independent way of working
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
• Class B driving licence
