Your Tasks
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Grid Connections Manager to take the reins of our Grid team. - Leading and developing the Grid team to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of grid connections for large-scale solar and storage projects
- Building and managing strong relationships with DNOs, TSOs and stakeholders
- Coordinating internal and external engineering teams
- Managing technical and commercial aspects of connection agreements
- Providing technical expertise during design, construction, commissioning and operational phases
- Monitoring risk assessments and cost evaluations
- Ensuring all activities comply with company policies, QHSE standards and ethical guidelines
Your profile
- Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Powers Systems or similiar field
- Must Have: Experience with ICP contractors and ICP-related works
- Must Have: Strong knowledge of UK grid codes, grid compliance (G99/G100), and connection application processes
- Must Have: Strong understanding of power systems analysis, grid modelling tools, and connection studies
- Nice to Have: Experience with battery storage and solar projects
- Your skills: communicative teamplayer (m/f/d) with a structured and well-organzied method of work
- Willingess to travel (Driving license required)
