Senior Grid Connections Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Grid Connections Manager to take the reins of our Grid team. • Leading and developing the Grid team to meet strategic objectives
• Overseeing the full lifecycle of grid connections for large-scale solar and storage projects
• Building and managing strong relationships with DNOs, TSOs and stakeholders
• Coordinating internal and external engineering teams
• Managing technical and commercial aspects of connection agreements
• Providing technical expertise during design, construction, commissioning and operational phases
• Monitoring risk assessments and cost evaluations
• Ensuring all activities comply with company policies, QHSE standards and ethical guidelines

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Powers Systems or similiar field
• Must Have: Experience with ICP contractors and ICP-related works 
• Must Have: Strong knowledge of UK grid codes, grid compliance (G99/G100), and connection application processes
• Must Have: Strong understanding of power systems analysis, grid modelling tools, and connection studies
• Nice to Have: Experience with battery storage and solar projects
• Your skills: communicative teamplayer (m/f/d) with a structured and well-organzied method of work
• Willingess to travel (Driving license required)
