Working Student (m/f/d) ESG

Are you passionate about ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment? Then this opportunity is for you! As a Working Student (ESG), you will support our sustainability initiatives across various areas and help to shape and implement our ESG strategy across the multiple countries where BELECTRIC operates.

• Maintaining and processing ESG-related data
• Monitoring and updating ESG databases
• Support sustainability reporting in line with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) at the consolidated level
• Assist in preparing and organizing ESG and sustainability workshops
• Contribute to the creation of learning materials on ESG, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), and related topics
• Assist with ESG communications and draft articles on ESG topics - both for internal and external purposes
• Support ESG project management and cross-functional coordination within the company
• Help implement and execute our ESG corporate strategy across various departments and international locations

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Environmental Management, Communication & Media Studies, Project Management, Sociology, Cultural or Political Studies) or equivalent
• Curiosity and passion for ESG, sustainability and DEI topics
• Must Have: Good knowledge in Office products
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
• Strong writing skills with attention to clarity and impact
• Your skills: Communicative teamplayer with strong communication skills and ability to work independently
