How we work
At BELECTRIC, all doors are open. Short information and decision-making paths as well as flat hierarchies enable us to work quickly and efficiently. A collegial atmosphere is important to us. We face all challenges and shape the future together. For us, team play comes before self-interests. We are close to our homeland but also curious about other cultures and like to travel internationally.
We really want to make a difference. For our current and future colleagues and for our business partners, we want to become even better. That is why we have launched our future project „BELECTRIC2025“. First and foremost, we are working on a vision and a corporate culture that our employees can really identify with. But the project also deals with our location and office concept and much more.
