People, not just modules. In this series, our colleagues share why they chose BELECTRIC, and what personally drives them to shape the energy transition.
Today, we’d like to introduce you to Katie, a member of the team at BELECTRIC UK, member of Elevion Group. As People and Talent Coordinator, she provides essential support for our recruitment activity and is often one of the first people candidates will speak to.
Katie prepares and posts vacancies, arranges interviews and inductions, and supports employee engagement and internal events. She also helps with the preparation and maintenance of policies, guides, and other important documents.
