- Coordination and integration of the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction inside a project
- Make sure that the project outputs meet the required quality benchmarks and are completed within the scheduled timeframe
- Support Construction Managers (m/f/d) with Project Management software usage and reporting tools
- Identify and define internal project requirements and goals together with the project stakeholders (m/f/d)
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings and conference calls with the project team
- Prepare project reports and documentation
Dein Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Nice to have: Experience in similar role
- Must have: Knowledge and application of Project Management Methods and Processes
- Your IT skills: good skills in usage of MS Office products, especially in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent German skills, good English skills
- Your skills: Communicative Teamplayer (m/f/d) with the ability to act self-driven, work independently as well as focused, results and quality oriented. Good organization, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and good Presentation skills
- Willingness to travel globally (max. up to 5%) and ability to work remotely
