The BELECTRIC management board consists of two executive members and two non-executive officers. They manage the business of BELECTRIC GmbH with joint responsibility. Together with all employees, they shape the future of solar energy.
Dr Thorsten Blanke
Chief Executive Officer
Dr Thorsten Blanke has been Managing Director at BELECTRIC since October 2020. After completing his studies and PhD at Ruhr University in Bochum, the Mechanical Engineer worked for RWE Group starting 1999. In 2003, he moved from “Research and Development” to the “Renewable Energies” department at RWE. He held various management positions there before becoming director of the international solar business of innogy, which belongs to the group, in 2016. In this role, he was responsible for the realisation of large, international solar projects in Canada and Australia, for example, which were built by BELECTRIC. He also spent time in Spain, where he significantly promoted the company’s activities in the solar sector.
Marek Bako
Chief Financial Officer
Marek Bako has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BELECTRIC since September 2026. After completing his studies in Corporate Finance and Valuation, he obtained an MBA and also achieved ACCA certification as a Chartered Certified Accountant. He has been part of the Elevion Group since 2022, where he has already held several senior leadership positions. In his role as CFO of Elevion Energy & Engineering Solutions, he has gained extensive experience in financial management and corporate governance.
Mariglen Nora
Non-Executive Officer
Since 2017, Mariglen Nora has been part of Elevion Group B.V. as its Senior Business Development Manager in Lead for PV. Since 2009, he has been with ČEZ in different countries, managing Business Development, Strategy, Regulatory, PMO and ESCO. Mariglen Nora is experienced in the areas of energy efficiency services, energy industry, photovoltaic, utility, regulatory and electricity retail. He joined BELECTRIC’s Management Board in December 2021.
Ivana Rendlová
Non-Executive Officer
After her study in business administration, Ivana Rendlová worked at a leading manufacturer for foundry chemicals for 15 years. Since 2021, she is a part of ČEZ, the shareholder of BELECTRIC’s parent company Elevion Group. Since last year, she has been focusing on renewable energies. One of her main tasks is to promote the exchange of expertise between BELECTRIC and ČEZ.
