Creditor Accountant (m/w/d)

Are you ready to shake up the world of invoices? We are looking for a Creditor Accountant (m/f/d) who not only loves numbers, but also has a flair for order and efficiency! If you can manage incoming invoices, master data and payment transactions with a smile, then you've come to the right place!

• Posting of incoming invoices
• Checking and creating master data and account clarifications
• Handling payment transactions and processing account statements
• Processing reminders
• Collaboration in monthly and annual financial statements
• Further development of the accounts payable workflow based on Microsoft Dynamics in collaboration with the manager and colleagues (m/f/d)
• Collaboration with invoice verification, purchasing and specialist departments

• Completed commercial training in office management, wholesale and foreign trade management or in industry or similar
• Several years of professional experience in accounting 
• Must have: Experience with accounting software / ERP system (ideally MS Dynamics)
• Nice to Have: Good understanding of commercial processes and knowledge of VAT and construction withholding tax
• IT Skills: Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of English
• Your skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with a goal-oriented, structured and conscientious way of working
