Dispatcher (hybrid, permanent)

• Coordination of service technicians & sub-contractors
• Collaboration with client managers to action findings from preventative maintenance visits
• Speaking with field teams, client managers & suppliers
• Creating purchase orders and following goods received processes
• Timely provision of materials raised from site works reports
• Ensure timely sharing & filing of reports 
• Creating or updating plant data in the company's CRM system

• Strong organisational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the field of scheduling or job coordination
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Location: hybrid – 3 days working at our Head Office in Brinkworth, Chippenham, 2 days at home.  
Salary:  £29,000 per annum
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
