Your Tasks
With your experience as document manager (m/f/d), you never lose the overview. You have a proven track record in regard to providing project documentation in scope and on time. With your communicative and team-orientated mindset you get everybody on board. Come and join the Team.
- Develop and implement document management policies, procedures and best practices
- Oversee the classification, storage, version control, and retrieval of all company documents and records
- Ensure that documents are properly formatted, named, and organized for easy retrieval.
- Maintain accurate records of document transactions and archiving
- Train employees on document management policies and procedures
- Monitor the document management system for potential improvements and upgrades
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company documentation is properly managed and maintained
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Nice to have: Knowledge of document management systems and software
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Your IT skills: good skills in usage of MS Office products
- Must have: Good English skills and excellent German skills
- Your skills: Communicative Teamplayer (m/f/d) with excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented
- Must have: Strong attention to detail and accuracy
