Fleet Manager (m/w/d) - temporary

• Comprehensive management and administration of the company’s vehicle fleet, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and specialty vehicles
• Management of the entire vehicle lifecycle, from procurement through ongoing operation to return
• Coordination and execution of vehicle orders, vehicle takeovers, returns, and vehicle replacements
• Serving as the central point of contact for employees regarding all fleet-related issues
• Collaborating and coordinating with leasing companies, vehicle manufacturers, insurance providers, repair shops, and other external service providers
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing fleet costs, as well as generating analyses and key performance indicator reports in the Avrios fleet management system
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring maintenance, inspection, repair, and legally required inspection appointments
• Managing and monitoring insurance claims, as well as processing damage and accident reports
• Conducting and documenting driver’s license checks and ensuring compliance with all legal obligations of vehicle owners
• Maintaining, updating, and continuously refining fleet policies, as well as monitoring compliance with them

• Completed vocational training in business, technology, or business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Must-have: In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations, particularly in transportation, labor, tax, and insurance law
• Nice to have: Good knowledge of contract management and experience working with leasing companies, insurance providers, and other service partners
• Nice to have: Knowledge of international fleet management
• Very good command of German and good command of English
• Nice to have: Passion for automotive technology and vehicle equipment
• Your skills: A communicative and well-organized team player (m/f/d) with strong coordination skills, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently
• Must Have: Class B driver’s license
