Grid Connection Engineer (m/w/d)

• Technical responsibility for the correct execution of grid connections with regard to technical connection conditions, normative requirements and customer requirements
• Electrical planning of grid connections for PV power plants and BESS systems
• Technical support for the commissioning of grid connections on site
• Support and technical assistance during the planning and construction phase of substations as part of high and extra-high voltage grid connections, including coordination with internal departments, external partners and grid operators
• Performing calculations and coordinating with energy suppliers and plant certifiers
• Project work together with project development and project management in international projects

• Completed degree or technical training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Must-have: several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Must-have: very good technical knowledge in the areas of electrical energy technology and VDE-AR-N 4110 /4120 / 4130 (grid connection)
• Nice to have: practical experience in the commissioning of photovoltaic power plants  
• Nice to have: knowledge of EPLAN and Digsilent Power Factory 
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Your skills: communicative team player with an organized and independent way of working
• Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 20%)
• Class B driving licence
