• Strategic management of the Civil Engineering division for solar parks and battery storage projects 
• Responsibility for planning, cost estimation, permitting, and technical implementation of civil engineering, earthworks, and foundation work, as well as steel structures and geotechnical investigations 
• Management and technical leadership of engineering teams, external partners, and international project stakeholders 
• Ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance throughout the entire EPC project cycle
• Further development of standards, processes, and technical concepts for ground-mounted solar plants
• Risk analysis and identification of appropriate measures to ensure smooth project execution
• Support during the bidding phase, including technical evaluation and resource allocation planning

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Must-have: Several years of experience in civil engineering, project management, construction cost estimation, and team leadership
• In-depth knowledge of geotechnical engineering, foundation design, earthworks, steel structures, as well as relevant standards and permitting procedures
• Very good German and English skills
• Your skills: A communicative team player with strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel internationally occasional
