Technical and disciplinary management of the Commissioning Team
Ensuring safe, timely and economically successful Commissioning of all BELECTRIC PV and BESS Systems
Management of Commissioning Topics from Sales to Project Acceptance involving internal and external Stakeholders including but not limited to DNO/TSO, MV/HV Equipment Provider, BESS Provider, SCADA Provider
Securing Safe Operation of Energy Power Plants from Commissioning until Handover to O&M
Ensure flawless project documentation
Coordination and Troubleshooting on Site
further development of standards and processes including implementation of new market requirements

Your profile

Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering
Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
Must have: Very good Project Management Skills
Must have: Very good Knowledge in Electrical Safety Regulations (VDE/IEC)
Nice to have: Experience with High Voltage Electrical Power Systems
Nice to have: switching authorization up to 36kV or higher
Must have: Experience in employee management / team leadership
Business fluent in German and English (C1)
Your skills: communicative team player with high resilience
Willingness to travel (25%) nationally and internationally
Driving license class B
