Key Account Manager (m/f/d) O&M

Your Tasks

Customer and contract support in O&M is no problem for you? Tracking KPIs is a piece of cake? And you handle complaints conscientiously on the side?

  • Central point of contact for existing customers
  • Contract and budget management for solar power plants
  • Tracking of internal KPIs for the technical and commercial performance of the plants
  • Coordination with internal departments and external service providers
  • Regular coordination of reports on the performance of the power plants with customers
  • Quotation calculations for service contracts and additional services
  • Support in the preparation of new contracts in cooperation with the legal department and sales (e.g. repowering concepts)  
  • Complaint processing and support for internal quality assurance

Your profile

Completed commercial or technical training with corresponding further training as a technical specialist, or comparable qualification

  • Must have: communicative personality and a strong affinity for renewable energies and energy markets
  • Nice to have: experience in asset and/or (key) account management, ideally experience in managing energy generation plants
  • Good knowledge of contracts and basic knowledge of project management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Your skills: complex thinking, reliability, good technical and commercial understanding, and a strong customer service mentality
  • Willingness to travel in Europe approx. 5%
