Owner’s Engineer (m/w/d)

• Ensure technically sound, cost-efficient and compliant project execution on behalf of the owner 
• Supervise and manage EPC, O&M, and other service providers 
• Ensure quality, schedule, cost, and performance targets 
• Provide technical advisory across all project phases 
• Oversee EPC & O&M contractors and key partners 
• Coordinate construction phase (cost, quality, schedule monitoring) 
• Prepare and manage EPC contracts from client perspective 
• Support evaluation of project coordinators (EPC costing) 
• Manage acceptance and audits Perform risk management
