Your Tasks
Would you like to play an active role in shaping successful participation in public procurement procedures? As a Public Tender Specialist, you will organize, monitor, and optimize tender processes, analyze requirements, and assess potential risks. Apply now and help us shape successful projects!
- Identification of tenders (photovoltaic and battery storage systems) on the Polish market
- Organization, monitoring, optimization, and management of the public procurement process
- Cooperation with local and central teams to evaluate tender requirements
- Analysis of formal and material requirements as well as risks and maintaining contact with the client
- Coordination of work related to the preparation and timely submission of all formal and legal documents within the framework of procurement procedures (PZP)
- Analysis of contract and tender data and bidder guidelines
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or degree or comparable qualification
- Must have: at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Must have: experience and success in public tenders with extensive knowledge of Polish public procurement law
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English
- Your skills: Empathetic, communicative team player (m/f/d) with an organized, independent, and results-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
