The starting gun has been fired: We want to make a real difference. For our current and future colleagues and for our business partners, we want to become even better. That is why we have launched our future project "BELECTRIC2025". First and foremost, we are working on a vision and a corporate culture that our employees can really identify with. But that is by no means enough. The project deals with everything that makes us fit for a changing world – from our leadership culture and strategy to our location and office concept.
