We would like to thank you for your interest in our company. The responsible authority for the offer of this website is BELECTRIC GmbH. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and like to inform you about our following privacy principles. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the relevant laws on data protection and IT security are observed. Below you will find out what information we may collect and how we use it.

We generally use your personal data to answer your enquiry, process your order or provide you with access to special information or offers. Within the scope of a registration, contact request or similar, you can voluntarily provide us with your personal data. In this context, it may be necessary to transfer your data to a group company. Your data will not be transmitted to third parties outside the Group unless your inquiry or the service or product you have requested explicitly states so. You will then be informed accordingly. If you wish, you can also provide us with personal data about applications that are integrated into our platform (e. g. contact forms or services that require the creation of user accounts). Log files and cookies

Information about your right to object

You have the right to object at any time to processing of your data which occurs as the result of a balancing of interests, if there are grounds for objection arising from your particular situation. This also applies to any profiling based on this provision. If you lodge an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed unless we can show evidence of compelling, legitimate reasons for processing it which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if processing the information serves to assert, exercise or defend rights or legal claims. Anonymization of the IP address

In order to enable you to use our website anonymously, we have deliberately refrained from logging IP addresses. We will pseudonymise your IP address before storing it in our web server log file in a data protection compliant process. The pseudonymised IP addresses are used by us, for example, to detect and counteract attacks or to create web statistics.

Use of Google Analytics with IP-anonymization

If you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. The responsible party for users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).

Scope of processing:
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of our websites. The information collected by means of the cookies about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google Analytics 4 has IP address anonymization enabled by default. Due to IP anonymization, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Third country transfer:
Insofar as data is processed outside the EU/EEA and there is no level of data protection corresponding to the European standard, we have concluded EU standard contractual clauses with the service provider to establish an appropriate level of data protection. The parent company of Google Ireland, Google LLC, is based in California, USA. A transfer of data to the USA and access by US authorities to the data stored by Google cannot be ruled out. The USA is currently considered a third country from a data protection perspective. You do not have the same rights there as within the EU/EEA. You may not be entitled to any legal remedies against access by authorities.

Duration of storage:
The data sent by us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached occurs automatically once a month.

Legal basis:
The legal basis for this data processing is your consent pursuant to Art.6 para.1 p.1 lit. a GDPR.

Revocation:
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by changing your selection in the cookie settings at the bottom of this website. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation remains unaffected.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our company’s newsletter, the data will be transmitted to the controller in the respective inpt mask.

When registering for the newsletter, the IP address of the user as well as the date and time of registration are saved. This serves to prevent misuse of the services or e-mail address of the person concerned. The data will not be passed on to third parties. An exception is when there is a legal obligation to pass on data.

The data will only be used for sending the newsletter. The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the person concerned at any time. Likewise, consent to the storage of personal data can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter.

Use of social plugins

For data protection purposes, we have deliberately decided against using plug-ins of social networks. Therefore, there will be no generally automatic transfer to social networks as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube for example by accessing our website. Instead HME provides a hyperlink to the requested social network.

The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (black letter f on white background or a thumb up icon), the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”, a black bird on a white background for the Twitter button, a YouTube logo or a white “in” on a white background for LinkedIn.

Contact form / Blog function

On the website there is a contact form / blog function that can be used for electronic contact. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the provided e-mail address. If you contact us via one of these channels, the personal data transmitted by the person concerned will be automatically stored. The storage serves solely for the purpose of processing or contacting. The data will not be passed on to third parties. It is forbidden to use the contact form or the blog for offences that are illegal or punishable by law. Misconduct is passed on by us to the competent authority for further investigation.

We delete the personal data submitted as soon as they are no longer required and there are no other legal storage obligations or legal justifications for storage.

Application for employment and BELECTRIC job market at sonnenjobs.de

Great that you want to be part of our company. Generally you can visit our employment market and the tendered jobs without any disclosure of your personal data. In case of an online-based job application all submitted data (like Email, names, addresses) are optional.

By sending us your application documents, you give us your consent to store, process and forward your personal data for our internal application process. Your personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Any personal data from your application and from all attachments that you send us will only be processed to persons involved by the personnel department of BELECTRIC group and its subsidiary companies on behalf for the purpose of the application procedure. Your personal data is accessible to the respective HR managers and is made available to the managers and decision-makers of the relevant specialist department. They are not permitted to pass on the data and/or to use them in any other way than for the selection of applications. Your application documents will be deleted after the legal retention period.

In case of the the collecting and processing of personal data all information between your client system and the application server is been transferred encrypted to prevent a third-party data missuse. Personal data will be stored encrypted in database. The application server and database are managed and hosted by BELECTRIC GmbH and its service partner netlands edv consulting GmbH (Londonstraße 15, 97424 Schweinfurt, Germany).

Please consider that job application sent by your email client can be transmitted unencrypted. For this reason, we recommend using our online job application forms.
