In a selection process lasting several weeks, our potentials Abraham, Christina, Emma, Fabienne, Sebastian, and Steffen came out on top. Their growth journey will now lead from honing their soft skills and intercultural competence 💬 to individual training 📚, mentoring 🤝, and stays abroad. 🌍
