"Besides my tasks in the departments, I find it particularly exciting to be involved in the trainee projects, from creating our own trainee movie to reorganising the canteen operations. Here, for example, you can see me managing the raised beds in our garden, which we developed and implemented. As a marketing trainee, I can now share highlights like this from my daily work with all my colleagues via our intranet.
