- Organisation of processes in the reception area, e.g. mail processing and parcel receipt, room management, appointment organisation and other site management activities
- Hospitality and support for customers, business partners and suppliers at the site
- Planning internal conference rooms and the associated errands, e.g. catering
- Supporting the entire People & Culture team with various tasks along the employee life cycle
- Collaboration and support in various People & Culture projects in the areas of people development, feel-good management or other exciting special tasks
- Support in the management of pool vehicles, errands, making appointments with car dealerships (MOT, UVV, tyre changes, repairs), vehicle handover and return of company cars
Your profile
- Commercial training in office management, hotel management or comparable qualification
- Career changer with initial work experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with (international) teams and people
- Your IT skills: Good MS Office skills, i.e. Outlook, Power Point, Excel
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Your soft skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with an eye for detail and people, strong organisational skills
