Asset Manager (m/f/d) Solar Projects

- Responsibility for the operational management and value enhancement of solar parks
- Management of contractual relationships with service providers, energy suppliers and other stakeholders such as authorities and banks
- Continuous stakeholder management and stakeholder monitoring
- Contract management, including lease agreements, insurance, O&M contracts & others
- Monitoring and compliance with legal requirements and safety regulations and compliance management
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Budget planning and control as well as regular reporting
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, renewable energies, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Must have: Several years of professional experience in commercial operations management (asset & portfolio management)
- Nice to have: Experience in the field of energy generation or the renewable energy sector/photovoltaics
- Nice to have: Knowledge in dealing with guarantees of origin
- Must have: Good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office, especially Microsoft Dynamics
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are a plus
- Your skills: pragmatic team player (m/f/d) with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset
