Head of Sales South Europe (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Sales enthusiast (m/f/d) wanted! You speak fluent Italian or Spanish - and English too - that would be perfect! With your entrepreneurial personality, you will lead our sales teams in Italy and Spain. Do you know your way around agile sales structures? Managing growth and solution-oriented thinking - is not a problem for you! Are you super communicative and can convince anyone? Then you've come to the right place!

  • Helping to shape the strategic and conceptual direction of the company, including further development and operational implementation in the area of sales
  • Identification of growth potential to increase sales and market penetration
  • Disciplinary and technical management of the Southern Europe sales department
  • Continuous further development of the skills, know-how and performance of the sales staff (m/f/d)
  • Coaching interdisciplinary proposal teams, customer-centric within the framework of agile working methods 
  • Participation in trade fairs or other sales events
  • Responsibility from the preparation of the offer to the conclusion of the contract, as well as for the sustainable development of existing customer relationships

Your profile

  • Completed studies (Master's degree, diploma) in the field of economics or engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in sales with management responsibility
  • Must have: Industry knowledge in the field of renewable energies or ground-mounted solar power plants
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of contract law and financing of infrastructure projects
  • Very good IT knowledge (Microsoft 365, CRM systems)
  • Your skills: Entrepreneurial team player (m/f/d) with leadership and communication skills 
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
