Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Renewable energies
Your Tasks

- Ongoing legal advice to all specialist departments of the Belectric Group (national and international)
- In particular, support of the Sales and Business Development departments in contract negotiations (EPC and O&M)
- Structuring of M&A transactions and their implementation
- Analysing and assessing legal risks and evaluating industry developments from a legal perspective
- Coordination and selection of domestic and foreign law firms and notary's offices for special legal issues
Your profile
- Completed law studies with a degree as a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) (2nd state examination)
- Several years of professional experience in a corporate legal department in the field of renewable energies
- Ability to assess legal issues taking into account company-relevant commercial and economic aspects
- Experience in international projects and confident dealing with international clients and suppliers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage (Spanish, Italian)
- Team player (m/f/d) with strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working
