Project Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks

- Evaluate and comment on technical specifications with customers/consultants inclusive proposal preparation
- Draft technical concepts in order to submit competitive bids
- Manage designs and prepare technical bid documents for all engineering areas
- Estimate required engineering budget (hours / hardware) for subsequent project execution
- Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities
- Overall control of technical documents and data management in collaboration with the document controller
- Performing design and scope reviews and ensuring corrective actions are taken
- Coaching the international team members, coordinating with PM & Engineering
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Must have: experience in technical project management or technical sales and knowledge about products and solar power plants components, services and markets
- Your IT skills: good knowledge in the use of MS Office
- Good English skills
- Your skills: Adaptable and organizational team player (m/f/d) with multitasking ability, self-motivation and stress resistance
- Travel time up to 20%
