Project Manager Projektentwicklung Phovotoltaik-Freiflächen (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
From acquiring space and analysing projects to creating risk assessments - you always maintain an overview of projects and people. You manage approval processes and work closely with business partners and internal departments in a team-oriented manner. Then we should definitely get to know each other!
- Development and planning of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems from securing land to construction readiness
- Commissioning and coordination of external experts and service providers
- Project presentation at public meetings and official events
- Carrying out authorisation procedures and negotiating with authorities and municipalities
- Interdisciplinary dialogue and coordination with specialist departments regarding planning, design and profitability calculations
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, project developers, business partners, law firms and external consultants
- Overall internal project coordination
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of renewable energies, landscape or environmental planning, architecture, construction or property management or industrial engineering
- Passion for renewable energies
- Experience in negotiating and concluding lease and licence agreements
- Must have: Several years of professional experience in project development/project management in the field of renewable energies
- Must have: Experience in securing areas and routes, with urban land use planning and approval procedures or in general building law
- Nice to have: Experience in the field of photovoltaic or wind turbine construction
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Your skills: Communicative team player (m/f/d) with negotiating skills, a strategic mindset and an independent, conceptual way of working
- Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 30%)
- Class B driving licence
